David Decker

David Decker, SPHR, GPHR has over 30 years of experience in human resources. David began their career at Federal Signal Corporation, where they held the position of Director of Human Resources from 1987 to 2007. Following this, they worked at Kennametal as Director of Human Resources for a short period in 2007 before joining Hendrickson, USA as Director of Human Resources in October 2007.

David Decker, SPHR, GPHR completed their Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from Kent State University. David later went on to earn an MBA in Business from Ashland University. Additionally, David attended the Human Resource Executive Program at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
