Janet Kupka Sphr

Janet Kupka SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over two decades of experience in Human Resources. Janet started their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Keane Consulting Group in 2000 before moving to Uniqema in the same role in 2004. Janet then joined Hendrickson, where they held various roles such as Human Resources Supervisor, Wellness Committee Lead, Human Resources Manager, and currently serves as the Human Resources Director. In their current role, they provide HR support to the full HR and Corporate team, manages compensation programs, and leads various company-wide HR initiatives and processes. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Janet Kupka SPHR, SHRM-SCP graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University in 1993. Janet obtained additional certifications including SHRM-SCP in 2015, Senior Professional in Human Resources in 2012, DDI Targeted Selection Trainer in 2011, and DDI Certified Facilitator in 2006.
