Keith Schmidt

Keith Schmidt is an experienced production manager with a strong background in overseeing manufacturing operations. Currently serving as Production Manager at Hendrickson since March 2021, Keith previously held the same role at Vibracoustic from June 2012 to March 2021, where labor efficiency improved significantly from 82% to 97% under their management of a large team. Earlier, Keith worked as 1st Shift Coordinator at Nishikawa Standard Company, supervising over 250 direct labor associates and managing various production aspects. Keith Schmidt holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Math, Business Administration, and Management from Glenn Oaks Community College and has further education from Purdue University.
