Ron IJpelaar has a strong background in the agricultural industry, with experience in international sales management and commercial guidance for pig farming companies. Currently serving as the Area Sales Manager for NWE Business Unit Swine at Hendrix Genetics, Ron focuses on supporting Dutch and German pig farmers in achieving a more sustainable future for the industry. Prior to their current role, Ron held various positions at companies such as MS Schippers and Varkens KI, where Ron gained valuable experience in sales, management, and setting up AI stations. With a Bachelor's degree from an Agricultural University in the USA, Ron brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role in driving economic, social, and environmental improvements in pig farming.
