Arvid Morawe

Arvid Morawe is a Senior Associate at Hengeler Mueller, specializing in Restructuring & Insolvency and Corporate/M&A since April 2017. Concurrently, Arvid serves as a PhD student at Goethe-Universität Frankfurt. Arvid has also gained experience as a Secondee in Restructuring at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from September to November 2022 and worked as a Law Clerk at Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Hamburg from December 2013 to January 2016, where stages included placements at the German Federal Chancellery, Latham & Watkins in Hamburg (Corporate/M&A), and Hengeler Mueller in Berlin and Frankfurt (Corporate/M&A). Arvid holds a First State Exam, LLB, in Law from Bucerius Law School (2008-2013) and briefly attended Fordham University School of Law in 2010.
