Bjoern Neal Kirchner has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Bjoern Neal started their career as a Visiting Associate at The Boston Consulting Group before moving on to ABX Logistics as a Business Development Manager. At BASF, they held various roles including Senior Logistics Manager, Senior SCM Manager for Asia Pacific, and Head of Supply Chain for Plastic Additives Europe/EAWA. Bjoern Neal then joined HARTMANN GROUP as Vice President of Supply Chain Management, where they built and led a global SCM team. Currently, they hold the position of Corporate Vice President Global Supply Chain at Henkel and is responsible for implementing a cross-regional Customer Centric SC transformation program. Bjoern Neal is also an Advisory Board Member for LogiChem at Worldwide Business Research (WBR).
