Daniel Soujon has had an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Daniel started their career as a Software Developer at Studsvik in 2000 and later worked as a Consulting Intern at Siemens Management Consulting in 2005. Daniel then served as a Research Intern at the Institute of Biochemical Physics, Russian Academy of Sciences in 2005. In 2006, they worked as a Diploma Student/Researcher at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, where they published a research paper. Additionally, they also served as a Shareholder Representative at Cofinity-X in 2023.

Daniel Soujon completed an MBA from INSEAD in 2011. Prior to that, they pursued a Diplom in Physik, Informatik from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, which they completed in 2007. In 2004, they also obtained a Diplôme Européen de Physique from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI). Daniel has an additional certification in "Strategy in the age of digital disruption" from INSEAD Executive Education, obtained in 2017.
