Edgar Pew has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and positions. Edgar began their career as an Associate Attorney at Morrison & Foerster LLP, where they specialized in Land Use and Environmental Law. Edgar then moved on to Lawgic Publishing Company, where they served as Vice President of Product Development, overseeing the development of expert system products for attorneys and HR professionals.
After this, Pew joined The Clorox Company, initially as a Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Regulatory. Edgar was responsible for managing the Regulatory group and providing legal services relating to advertising compliance, environmental and product safety, antitrust, and general commercial counseling. Pew also served as lead counsel supporting Clorox's Sales function and was involved in various projects such as trade spending redesign and executive compensation matters.
Pew then joined Mars, where they held the position of Associate General Counsel for North America and later became the General Counsel for Global Drinks. Edgar played a leadership role and was responsible for developing a strategic plan to transform legal services for the North American Chocolate Division.
Most recently, Pew joined Henkel as the Vice President and Associate General Counsel.
Edgar Pew received their Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Math with Computer Science from Yale University in 1986. Edgar then went on to pursue a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Columbia Law School, which they obtained in 1991.
