Michael Dölecke

Michael Dölecke has extensive work experience in various quality management roles. Michael is currently the Head of Quality Management & SHE Europe - Director at Henkel. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Quality Management and SQM at OSRAM Continental from 2018 to 2021. Before that, they held positions at OSRAM as the Senior Director and Head of Quality Management for Speciality Lighting, Automotive SSL, and as the Director and Head of Quality Management for Speciality Lighting, Automotive SSL. Michael started their career at HELLA as a Supplier Quality Manager and worked there from 2006 to 2015.

Michael Dölecke holds a Dipl.-Ing.(FH) degree in Nachrichtentechnik; Radar-und Mikrowellentechnik from Hochschule Hannover. Michael also has certifications in Internal System Auditor (ISO 9001:2015) from QMH Consulting GmbH and Product Safety Representative (PSB), as well as VDA 6.3 Process Auditor (certified), from VDA Quality Management Center. Additionally, they have completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management from the University of Münster. Michael has also obtained a VDA 6.3 Process Auditor certification from VDA - QMC Berlin.
