Michael Todd is a seasoned professional in the field of materials science and innovation, currently serving as Vice President of Innovation & New Business Development at Henkel since August 2000. Michael has extensive experience in overseeing key functions related to sustainability, intellectual property, and growth strategies within the Henkel Adhesives business unit. Previously, Michael held positions such as Corporate Vice President of Research and Corporate Vice President of Product Development and Engineering, managing significant teams across global operations. Earlier in Michael's career, roles at Dexter Electronic Materials, Visteon Corporation, and Ormet Circuits showcased expertise in semiconductor materials and printed electronics. Michael holds a PhD in Materials Science from UC Irvine, an MS in Materials Science from the University of Michigan, and a BS in Chemistry and Materials Engineering from UCLA. Additionally, Michael has completed advanced executive education at Harvard Business School.
