Crystal van Vleet

Crystal Van Vleet, CMTSE, ICP-LEA has an extensive work experience that spans over several years. Crystal is currently the Global Marketing Director at Hennig since August 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Marketing Director at Advanced Machine & Engineering Co. starting from January 2022.

Before their role at Advanced Machine & Engineering Co., Crystal worked at MakingChips where they held multiple roles including Executive Assistant and Project Manager from July 2021 to January 2022. During their tenure at MakingChips, they also served as a Visual Design Engineer and Team Lead from August 2018 to July 2021. Crystal'sresponsibilities at MakingChips included project and sprint management, workflow development, automation and tech-stack management, and client communication among others.

Crystal also worked at Advanced Machine & Engineering Co. as a Multimedia Content Creator from August 2017 to January 2019. In this role, they developed visual and educational content to ensure consistency across multiple business units and educational platforms.

Crystal Van Vleet, CMTSE, ICP-LEA completed their Bachelor of Journalism degree with a focus on Advertising from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2013. In 2016-2017, they pursued a Mechanical Engineering program at Rock Valley College. Crystal has obtained several certifications, including the Certified Machine Tool Sales Engineer (CMTSE) from AMT - The Association For Manufacturing Technology in June 2022. Other certifications include the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agility in Marketing and Leading with Agility, Certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP), Certified SolidWorks Associate (CSWA), Email Marketing and Inbound Marketing certifications from HubSpot, and the Adobe Certified Associate in Print and Digital Media Publication using Adobe InDesign. Crystal also holds an Adult First Aid/CPR/AED certification obtained in May 2021.
