Carly Otts

Carly Otts is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in various senior roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Accountant in Mergers & Acquisitions at Henricksen since September 2022, Carly previously held the position of Director of Accounting at Banko Design LLC from November 2018 to July 2022. Prior roles include Controller at Lighthouse Cabinet and Countertops, Inc., Senior Staff Accountant at GDS Associates, Inc., and Full Charge Bookkeeper & Account Manager at BBW Bookkeeping, among others. Carly began a career in accounting as a Junior Accountant at Argen Billing Systems and holds an Associate's Degree in Accounting from West Georgia Technical College. Education also includes attendance at Georgia State University and a high school diploma from Newnan High School.
