At Henry Company, Dean has been responsible for customizing solutions for clients and penetrating markets in various industries. Prior to this, Dean was the Sales Director at Blacklidge Emulsions Inc., where Dean successfully promoted asphalt emulsion products and significantly increased sales revenue over a four-year period.
