Matt Willis, CDT, currently serves as a BES Technical Sales Representative and HRS Territory Manager for the Carolinas at Henry Company, a position held since May 2016, focusing on Roof Restoration Systems. Prior to this role, Matt was a Senior Single Ply Project Manager at Baker Roofing Company from February 2014 to May 2016, where responsibilities included managing Single-Ply projects from preconstruction to completion and assisting in project pricing. Matt also spent nearly a decade at Krupnik Brothers Inc. from July 2004 to February 2014, fulfilling roles as Estimator, Project Manager, and COO, overseeing daily operations, estimating, and managing various commercial and residential projects. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Executive Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management (2005-2007) and a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise Management from Roanoke College (1999-2004).
