Cliff Tackett

Cliff Tackett has extensive experience in law enforcement and security, currently serving as a State Court Bailiff at the Henry County Sheriff's Office since December 2016. Previously, Tackett held a Deputy Sheriff position with the Troup County Sheriff's Office and returned to the Henry County Sheriff's Office for a prior term as State Court Bailiff from February 2011 to 2016. Tackett has also accumulated significant experience in internal investigations through roles at the Georgia Department of Corrections and Georgia Department of Driver Services, in addition to holding various positions at the Georgia Department of Transportation Enforcement, where duties ranged from Sergeant to Internal Affairs Investigator. Tackett's career began as a Patrolman-Sergeant with the Tyrone Police Department, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to public safety and law enforcement. Additionally, Tackett has served in a security role at Atlanta Motor Speedway since 1998.
