Lana Johnson

Lana Johnson currently serves as the Head of Exhibition Management at The Huntington, a key leadership position responsible for overseeing exhibition and permanent collection project coordination, budgeting, and scheduling across various divisions including the Art Museum, Library, and Botanical Gardens. Prior experience includes the role of Head of Collections Management at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, where strategic management of permanent and loan art collections was executed, and the position of Assistant Registrar at The Broad Art Foundation, which involved cataloguing and coordinating international loan programs. Earlier roles at Long Beach Museum of Art included Registrar, where collection management policies and standards were updated, as well as positions focusing on community arts education and visitor services.
