Connie Coleman

Connie Coleman has extensive experience in program and activity management within healthcare facilities. Since March 2002, Connie has served as the Program & Life Enrichment Manager at Henry Ford Village, overseeing the operations of the Program/Activity Department in compliance with regulatory standards. Prior to this role, Connie was the Activity Director at Horizon Village in Warren, Ohio, from 1997 to March 2002, responsible for planning and organizing activities across multiple care units. Connie also served as the Activity Director for a 40-bed Alzheimer's Unit at Ridge Crest from 1995 to 1997, where responsibilities included program implementation and regulatory documentation. Educational credentials include an Associate degree from Baker College Business and Corporate Services, achieved between 2003 and 2007, as well as attendance at Niles McKinley High School and Baker College of Michigan from 1974 to 1978.
