Kelley Harris

Kelley Harris serves as Finance Director for Global ID Research at the Henry M Jackson Foundation, overseeing approximately $100 million annually while standardizing and improving financial processes. Previously, Kelley held senior finance management roles in both Global ID Research and HIV Research, contributing to extensive financial oversight across substantial projects and budgets. Prior experience includes consulting for the Maryland Department of Human Services and managing financial administration at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine, leading operations with various funding types and facilitating compliance improvements. Kelley holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and Administration with a focus on Global Health from Northwestern University, as well as a certification in Nonprofit Management from Kellogg Executive Education and a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Loyola University Chicago.
