George Miller

George Miller is a professional with a diverse background in materials science and communications, currently serving as the Student Engagement Manager at the Henry Royce Institute since May 2022. Prior to this role, George worked as a Communications and Marketing Officer at bp International Centre for Advanced Materials from April 2020 to April 2022 and as a Freelance Writer for AZoNetwork between February 2018 and March 2020. George holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Materials Science from The University of Manchester, completed in December 2020, and a Diploma in Professional Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, earned in April 2021. Additionally, George obtained a BSc (Hons) in Material Science and Engineering from The University of Manchester in 2016.
