Raheela Rehman is an experienced professional currently serving as the Research Centre Manager at the Cambridge Global Challenges Interdisciplinary Research Centre and previously held various roles within the University of Cambridge, including Project Officer for the Energy IRC and Environmental and Energy Coordinator. Raheela has been active in promoting equalities and diversity through involvement with the EDI Committee at the Henry Royce Institute and as a member of the Equalities Panel at Cambridge City Council. Raheela also leads the Cambridge Association for Women in Science and Engineering as Chair, focusing on support for women in STEM fields. With a solid engineering background, Raheela has worked with several organizations, including Edmundson Electrical Ltd, Heraeus, and Schlumberger, and holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Optics and a Bachelor's Degree in Pure and Applied Physics from The University of Salford and The University of Manchester, respectively.
