Richard Price

Richard Price serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Pragmatic since December 2010, where the focus is on developing ultra-low cost integrated circuits for smart objects. Concurrently, Richard holds a non-executive role at the Henry Royce Institute from September 2020. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Product Management at Nano ePrint, where responsibilities encompassed company development and securing funding, and as Venture Manager at UMIP, managing over 50 projects across various scientific disciplines. Richard also held the position of Business Manager at Arvia Technology, facilitating business creation and funding procurement, and worked as a Senior R&D Chemist at an OLED materials startup, contributing significantly to patent development. Richard's academic credentials include a PhD and BSc in Chemistry from Durham University.
