Chrl Kim Currah

Kim Currah, CHRL, CCP has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Kim is currently the Senior Director of Human Resources at Henry Schein Canada Inc., a position they have held since June 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Human Resources from February 2017 to June 2021 and as the Senior Human Resources Manager from April 2016 to February 2017 at Henry Schein Canada Inc. Kim also worked as the Manager, Staffing & Rewards from June 2014 to April 2016 and as the Manager, Compensation, Benefits & HRIS from July 2010 to June 2014 at the same company.

Before joining Henry Schein Canada Inc., Kim worked at Canadian Tire Financial Services as a Sr. Employee Relations Consultant from October 2009 to July 2010 and as a Comp and Ben Consultant from 2002 to 2010.

Kim also gained experience at NuComm International as the Manager, HR Planning from September 2001 to September 2002 and as an HR Manager from 2001 to 2002.

Kim Currah, CHRL, CCP has a diverse educational background. In 1995, they attended the University of Guelph and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 1998. In 1999, they furthered their education at Sheridan College and received a Certificate in HR Management in 2000.

In 2020, Kim Currah enrolled at George Brown College, where they pursued a Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace. Kim completed this program in 2021.

In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in "Becoming a Predictive Index Practitioner" from The Predictive Index in 2016.
