Walter Siegel

Walter Siegel is an experienced legal professional who has held various senior roles in companies such as Henry Schein, Standard Microsystems Corporation, Symbol Technologies, and Olympus America. With a background in law from Yale Law School and a degree in Economics and History from Wesleyan University, Walter has represented companies in a wide range of legal matters including contract negotiations, M&A transactions, fund raising, licensing, SEC reporting, and litigation. Walter Siegel also had their own law practice before joining Henry Schein as the Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer.
