Diego Laverde

Diego Laverde is an experienced professional in the social services and healthcare sectors, currently serving as a Senior Case Manager at Henry Street Settlement since July 2022. Previously, Diego held the position of Patient Navigator at Weill Cornell Medicine for a brief period in 2022.
