Kiana Walbrook

Kiana Walbrook M.P.A is a highly experienced learning and development consultant, currently serving as the Director of Workforce Development Programs at Henry Street Settlement since October 2018. In this role, Kiana oversees the Jobs Essential Training Program, providing job search support and services to over 1,000 job-seeking New Yorkers annually, and leads the Intern and Earn Program for young adults. As the owner of Spark Leadership LLC since January 2018, Kiana has further expanded professional development offerings. Previously, Kiana held various leadership roles at Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC from 2007 to 2017, including Vice President of Training and Engagement and Director of Training and Professional Development, where responsibilities included supervising training staff, managing grant funding, and facilitating volunteer programs. Kiana holds a Master of Public Administration from Metropolitan College of New York and dual Bachelor's degrees in English Language and Literature and Sociology from Binghamton University.
