Brandon Griffin

Brandon Griffin is an experienced engineering professional with a background in mechanical engineering and leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Foundry Engineering Manager at Hensley Industries since October 2022, Brandon previously held positions such as Mechanical Engineer at Optex Systems, Inc. and Operational Excellence Engineer at Martin Sprocket & Gear, where responsibilities included leading robotic welding implementations and coordinating new product developments. Brandon’s early experience includes a student trainee role at the Department of the Army - TACOM and service as a crewman in the US Army, contributing to both technical and operational goals. Brandon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington.
