Julia Bodmann

Julia Bodmann is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources management. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the Head of HENSOLDT Ventures and the Managing Director of HENSOLDT Cyber GmbH since June 2021, Julia previously held the position of Head of HR at HENSOLDT Cyber GmbH from February 2020 to June 2021. In these roles, Julia has been instrumental in managing recruitment processes, implementing GDPR-compliant hiring practices, and introducing active sourcing strategies. Prior experience includes HR Consultant at eXperts consulting center and various recruiting positions at Deutsche Bahn, where Julia contributed significantly to candidate management and selection processes. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from the University of Augsburg.
