Ekta Dogra

Ekta Dogra has a diverse work experience in project coordination and human resources. In 2011, they joined Outline Systems India Pvt Ltd-Chandigarh as an HR Team Lead, where they gained experience as a Senior HR Generalist. Ekta remained with the company until 2018. In 2019, they worked as an HR Manager at a confidential company, before joining The Henson Group as a Senior Project Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for implementing and delivering IT projects, managing customer satisfaction, and coordinating with various departments.

Ekta Dogra completed their Bachelor's in Arts degree at St. Bede's College in Shimla from 2005 to 2009. Their field of study during this time included Economics and Geography. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration (M.B.A) with a focus on HR and Marketing at Himachal Pradesh University from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Ekta Dogra obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in November 2020. This certification signifies their competency in foundational Azure concepts and services.
