Michael Maxon

Michael Maxon is a Technical Sales Representative at Hentzen Coatings, specializing in the General Industrial market for Liquid and Powder Coatings since February 2010. In this role, Michael manages existing regional accounts while pursuing new business opportunities. Previously, Michael held positions as a Small Batch Supervisor/Production Planner, where a new "small batch" production department was established, and as a Laboratory Technician, responsible for quality control testing aligned with ISO 9001 standards. Before joining Hentzen Coatings, Michael worked as a Project Intern at Kleen Test Products, implementing a waste minimization system, and as a Laboratory Technician at Milk Specialties Global, focusing on laboratory analysis in the Animal Nutrition Division.
