Emily Peck

Emily Peck is a Senior Development Coordinator at Emily's Justice, responsible for supporting the Executive Director, managing Board relationships, and implementing strategies for maintaining institutional donor connections. Prior experience includes serving as an Education & Research Fellow at Work First, where Emily designed job readiness webinars and conducted research on workforce development issues during COVID-19. Previous roles also include Office Manager for the Center for Career Services at Colgate University, handling front desk operations and customer service, and a Social Work Intern at Community Partners in Action, assisting clients in rehabilitation programs. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Colgate University and studied at Cardiff University.
