Abhiron Bhattacharya

Abhiron Bhattacharya is a seasoned professional in mergers and acquisitions and corporate strategy, currently serving as Senior Manager M&A and Strategy at Heraeus since September 2022, where responsibilities include leading M&A projects and facilitating communication with the board. Previously, Abhiron was involved in corporate strategy and M&A at Tata Group from May 2019 to March 2022, overseeing the full lifecycle of M&A proposals and driving digital product management. Prior experience includes roles as an Investment Banker at YES BANK, where advisory services were provided for complex M&A transactions, and as Program Manager at Amazon, where significant operational improvements were achieved. Abhiron began the career as a Mergers and Acquisitions Consultant at LTI – Larsen & Toubro Infotech, leading a team supporting various M&A transactions. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology.
