Nikolaus Lucas

Nikolaus Lucas currently serves as Manager of Commercial Excellence at Heraeus since October 2020. Previously, from May 2017 to October 2022, Nikolaus occupied the position of Sales Director at arago GmbH, focusing on consultative selling to C-level customers and the optimization of sales strategies, as well as serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and COO. Nikolaus also held roles as a consultant in AI strategy and special projects at arago GmbH, as well as internships in investment banking, transaction services, equity sales and trading, and marketing research at notable firms such as Greenhill & Co., KPMG, HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt, and Plan.Net. Nikolaus holds a Master of Arts in Accounting and Finance from the University of St.Gallen and has completed postgraduate studies at Stellenbosch University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen and undergraduate studies at Columbia University in Economics.
