Laura P. Tarleton

Laura T. is an accomplished Learning and Development Manager with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving at Herbein + Company, Inc., starting in June 2023, Laura previously held various roles at BDO USA, LLP from December 2013 to March 2023, including Learning and Development Manager and Learning Solutions Designer. In these roles, Laura collaborated with education leaders to identify skills gaps, developed key content materials, and maintained relationships with national stakeholders. Prior experience includes serving as a Learning Coordinator at Alpern Rosenthal, where Laura developed CPE courses and documentation, and as a Corporate Trainer at AIReS, focusing on curriculum development and training facilitation. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from West Virginia University.
