Rachael Morrison

Rachael Morrison is an experienced Associate in Real Estate Finance at Herbert Smith Freehills since August 2022, previously serving as a Banking and Finance Solicitor at Gateley Legal. Rachael commenced legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at Teacher Stern LLP, acquiring experience in commercial property and property litigation. Rachael enhanced legal skills during a secondment at Allen & Overy, focusing on corporate structuring for a major banking client. Rachael actively participated in legal organizations, notably as Treasurer for the QUB Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and as a Campus Ambassador for Aspiring Solicitors and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Queen's University Belfast and a Legal Practice Course (LPC) degree from The University of Law.
