Azeem Ahmed Khan has a comprehensive work experience in the production and operations management field. Azeem Ahmed started their career in 2002 as an Assistant Manager Production at Ismail Industries Limited, where they oversaw the working of operators and ensured compliance with GMP standards.
In 2008, Azeem joined Herbion Pakistan LTD as a Deputy Manager Production. Azeem Ahmed played a key role in quality management and validation of products, as well as the production and packing of various items such as syrup and lozenges.
Moving forward, Azeem joined Roomi Enterprises Pvt Ltd in 2016 as a Plant Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing plant operations.
In 2014, Azeem started working at Herbion International as a Senior Production Manager. Azeem Ahmed established core processes and business practices to improve production planning, scheduling, and forecasting. Azeem Ahmed also implemented metrics and reporting tools to enhance information visibility and goal tracking.
In 2017, Azeem was promoted to Deputy General Manager Production and Deputy General Manager Plant at Herbion International, where they continued to streamline operations and improve machine utilization.
In their most recent role as General Manager Plant Operations, Azeem ensures production-planning supervision, scheduling, and timely delivery. Azeem Ahmed analyzes production specifications and capacity data to determine manufacturing processes and resource requirements. Azeem's contributions have significantly improved costs, customer service, and credibility in the company.
Azeem Ahmed Khan's education history includes completing their Matriculation degree in Science at National High School in 1995-1996. Azeem Ahmed then pursued their Bachelor of Applied Chemistry and Chemical Technology at Karachi University from 1998 to 2001, focusing on Industrial Engineering.
