Joash Wijbenga

Joash Wijbenga has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Joash is currently working at GroenLeven since 2020, where their role involves project management. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2020, they worked at Mannen van Waarde as a consultant.

From 2016 to 2019, Joash served as the Director of Operations at Sungevity International. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of installation and service for Sungevity solar systems in the Netherlands and Belgium. Joash successfully facilitated a 400% growth in the number of installations and turnover over a span of three years.

Before their time at Sungevity, Joash worked at Essent from 2005 to 2016 in various roles. Joash started as a Management Trainee, where they completed three assignments, including executing projects in the corporate HSE department and leading the implementation of a Workflow/CRM software system in Belgium and Bulgaria. Joash also held positions such as Project Manager for SAP implementation, Sales Manager for B2C, Program Director for B2B, and Head of Sales for Essent B2B.

Throughout their career, Joash has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully delivering important projects and achieving impressive results in terms of sales targets and business growth.

From 1999 to 2005, Joash Wijbenga attended the University of Groningen, where they pursued a degree in Business Management. Joash successfully completed their studies and obtained a Msc. degree in this field.
