Lawrence Pieretti

Lawrence Pieretti has extensive experience in compensation and talent analytics. Lawrence served as the Director of Variable Compensation and Talent Analytics at Herc Rentals since September 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Hertz for 6 years, starting as a Vehicle Operations Supervisor and later progressing to the Director of Compensation. In their roles at Hertz, Lawrence led the development and implementation of innovative compensation programs, worked closely with senior executives, and managed a team of analysts. Before Hertz, they worked as a Sr. Variable Compensation Analyst at Gartner, where they ensured compliance with sales guidelines and supported the sales team. Lawrence also gained experience in communication and leadership during their time in the US Army. Lawrence held positions as a Communication Supervisor and a Vehicle Operations Supervisor, where they managed training, maintenance, and operations while enforcing safety procedures.

Lawrence Pieretti attended Edison State College, where they obtained an AS degree in Business Administration and Management.
