Arturo Schembri

Arturo Schembri has a diverse work experience. Arturo co-founded Hercle in September 2019 and served as the CFO. Prior to that, from November 2019 to February 2021, they were the President of Minerva Investment Management Society. Arturo also held several roles at Minerva Investment Management Society, including Head of Research, Co-Head of Alternative Investments, and Alternative Investments Analyst, during the period from February 2018 to November 2019. In addition, Arturo worked at UniCredit as part of their Strategy and M&A team from June 2019 to December 2019. Arturo started their professional journey as an intern at Banca Mediolanum from July 2017 to October 2017.

Arturo Schembri began their education in 2010 at Liceo Scientifico "Leonardo Da Vinci", where they obtained a Diploma Scientifico. Arturo then went on to attend Università Bocconi from 2015 to 2018, earning a BSc in Economics and Finance with a major in Finance. Following this, from 2018 to 2020, Arturo pursued an MSc in Economic and Social Sciences at Università Bocconi, specializing in Quantitative Finance and Asset Management.

In addition to their formal education, Arturo Schembri has obtained various certifications. In July 2014, they obtained the First Certificate of English (FCE) from Cambridge Assessment English. In July 2017, they achieved the TOEFL Certification from ETS. Arturo also received an IELTS Certification from the British Council in November 2016. Furthermore, Arturo completed the Introduction to Programming Using Python course and a MATLAB course, both offered by Università Bocconi. Arturo further enhanced their skills by completing the Python for Financial Analysis and Algorithmic Trading course from Udemy in November 2020. Additionally, in October 2020, they obtained the certification of being 2nd Classified by P&L in the Finance Accelerator Trading Simulation - Market Making Side, provided by Amplify Trading.
