With a background in managing digital and eCommerce recruitment firms, such as Olive Digital Recruitment and Beringer Tame, Chris has demonstrated a strong expertise in recruiting and building dynamic teams in the digital industry. Prior to their recruitment roles, Chris served in the British Army as an NCO, commanding infantry regiments and ensuring the safety and welfare of their men. With their extensive experience in recruitment and leadership, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge to their current role at Hercules Site Services.
