Richard Hobson

Richard Hobson is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Herdsy, established in 2015 to address the lack of affordable, scalable technology in the Beef and Dry Stock sector, catering to a significant global market. Additionally, Richard serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Emerald Isle Beef Producers, a prominent group supporting over 300 beef farmers in Ireland to enhance their market position. Richard's previous experience includes a brief tenure as Managing Director at Credibility in 2014. Richard holds a DBS in Information Technology from Michael Smurfit Business School and a BA in Finance and Economics from Maynooth University.
