Raymond McClendon

Raymond McClendon is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Herdt Consulting, Inc. since June 2020. Prior to this role, McClendon worked as a Senior Software Engineer at New Tech Computer Corporation since January 2010, where responsibilities included developing web-based truck tracking software utilizing SOAP and RESTful web services, along with Java code for parsing location data and managing MySQL databases. McClendon's previous positions include Staff Engineer at CSRA Inc. from October 2018 to June 2020, contributing to Ordnance Information Systems for NAVSUP BSC, and a long tenure at Serco, where over 20 years of software design and development for the Navy Ordnance Community were focused on Java and Oracle-based applications.
