Eoin Moloney has a varied work experience that spans over several years. Eoin started their career as a Store Operative at Doherty Bros Hardware from 2004 to 2006. In 2008, they worked as an Engineer at John Sisk & Son Ltd, where they were involved in observing and supervising various aspects of a pharmaceutical plant refurbishment project.

In 2012, Eoin pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Software Development at the University of Limerick. Following that, they joined FRS Network in 2013 as an I.T Technical Support Analyst.

Eoin has also worked at Herdwatch, where they held multiple roles. Eoin started in 2013 as Head of Member Experience before transitioning to a role as Head of Customer Success in 2022. In these roles, Eoin was responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the sales and support team, delegating tasks and projects, setting targets and KPIs, and ensuring successful troubleshooting and resolution of user queries and issues.

Eoin Moloney's education history begins in 2000 at Colaiste Pobal Roscrea, where they obtained their Leaving Certificate in 2005. Eoin then attended the University of Limerick from 2005 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Construction Management and Engineering. After some time in the workforce, Eoin returned to the University of Limerick in 2012 to pursue a Higher Diploma in Software Development.

In addition to their formal education, Eoin Moloney obtained the Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP) certification from the AA-ISP in September 2021.
