Martha Torres

Martha Torres has extensive experience in global total rewards and compensation strategies, currently serving as VP of Global Total Rewards & HRIS at HERE since August 2016. Previously, Torres held leadership roles at Criteo, Calix, and Extreme Networks, focusing on the design and implementation of comprehensive total reward programs. Additional experience includes consulting services for Bay Area companies, roles at Allscripts and Neoforma, where compensation and benefits strategies were developed during critical transformations, and earlier positions at Philips and ADAC Laboratories. Torres began their career as Human Resources Manager at EnaTec Software Systems, contributing to strategic HR planning. Martha holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from San Jose State University.
