Lens Jacques

Lens Jacques is an experienced insurance and cyber security professional with a diverse background in claims management and technology. Currently serving as a Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster at Hereford Insurance Company since December 2021, Lens is responsible for determining coverage and liability, negotiating with claimants, and effectively managing the claims process. Prior experience includes a role as a Cyber Security Engineer at Georgia Institute of Technology, where Lens developed a cyber-blog web application using Azure cloud services and Docker. Earlier positions at ELCO Claims Services included managing bodily injury and property damage claims and independently resolving complex No-Fault claims issues.
