Nicholas Endres has extensive work experience in the banking and risk management sector. Nicholas started their career at Heritage Bank in 2008 as a Business Analyst and later moved up to various roles including Financial Risk Analyst, Financial Risk Manager, Head of Risk Management, and Head of Financial Risk. In 2019, they became the Head of Financial Risk at the bank and was later seconded to the Transformation Office as a Product Owner in 2020. Prior to their banking career, Nicholas served in the Australian Army as a member of the Royal Australian Corps of Signals from 1999 to 2005.
Nicholas Endres completed their Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Southern Queensland between 2005 and 2007. Nicholas further pursued their education in the same field by obtaining a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree with a focus on Applied Mathematics/Statistics, again from the University of Southern Queensland, between 2011 and 2013.
