Terna Adzor B.A, M.A, ACIPM, SSF currently serves as the Acting Branch Manager at Heritage Bank Plc since May 2019, where responsibilities include supervising KYC documentation, leading marketing initiatives, and managing a team that significantly improved the branch's liability base. Previously, Terna held the position of Relationship Manager, contributing significantly to account openings, customer profiling on mobile platforms, and risk asset generation. Terna's career began as a Classroom Teacher at Comprehensive Secondary School in Akwa Ibom, teaching subjects such as CRK and Government. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Abuja, an Associate's degree in Monitoring Evaluation Research and Learning, and a Master of Arts in Philosophy with a focus on Environmental Ethics from the University of Calabar. Additionally, Terna has acquired various qualifications in human resources management and banking principles.
