Amber Darling

Amber Darling has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Amber began their career in 2001 at KeyBank as a Consumer Sales and Service Professional, eventually transitioning to the role of Service Officer. After this, they joined Key Community Development Corporation in 2009 as an Assistant Vice President, managing partnership investment properties and various other investments. In 2013, Amber returned to KeyBank and held the position of Senior Credit Associate, Vice President, where they were responsible for underwriting and approving business credit requests. Amber later became the Underwriting Team Lead, Vice President, overseeing a team of Credit Associates and Analysts. In 2017, they joined Heritage Bank NW as a Vice President, Credit Officer, and subsequently became the SVP, Senior Credit Officer, supporting two of the bank's largest markets. Throughout their career, Amber has demonstrated expertise in credit risk analysis, loan structuring, and managing diverse portfolios.

Amber Darling began their education journey in 2007 when they enrolled at the University of Washington. Amber pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree and an Associates degree in Business Administration, successfully completing their studies in 2009.

After a brief hiatus, Amber continued to expand their knowledge and skills by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Colorado State University. Amber dedicated herself to their studies from 2011 to 2014, honing their expertise in the field of Business.

Amber completed the Executive Leadership and Graduate Banking Program, which provided their with valuable insights and specialized training in the banking industry. Alongside this program, Amber also obtained a certification in the Executive Leadership Program, awarded by the Pacific Coast Banking School in September 2018.
