Shagun Trivedi

Shagun Trivedi, CFSA, has a diverse range of work experience in the field of internal audit and accounting. Shagun currently holds the role of SVP/Director of Internal Audit at Heritage Bank NW, starting in 2022. Previously, they worked at Umpqua Bank as a Senior Vice President, Senior Audit Manager from 2014 to 2022. During their time at Umpqua Bank, they also held positions as Vice President, Internal Audit Manager, Supervising Senior Auditor, and Auditor.

Before Umpqua Bank, Shagun Trivedi worked at Nike as a Business Operations Specialist (Contract) and a SEC Reporting Accountant (Contract role) in 2014. Prior to that, they were a Senior Internal Auditor at Schnitzer Steel Industries, Inc from 2010 to 2013. Shagun also worked at Division of Schnitzer Steel - Cascade Steel Rolling Mills, Inc as a Senior Accountant – Sarbanes Oxley Compliance from 2008 to 2009.

Earlier in their career, Shagun Trivedi held the role of Corporate SOX Accountant at Blount from 2007 to 2008. Shagun worked as a Corporate Accountant at ArQule from 2004 to 2005, and as a Staff Accountant at PRS Healthcare Inc. from 2002 to 2004.

Throughout their career, Shagun Trivedi has gained expertise in conducting operational and compliance audits, overseeing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. Shagun has also been involved in financial analysis, general ledger accounting, and internal control testing.

Shagun Trivedi, CFSA, pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business.
