Mr. Sydor is responsible for the development and implementation of Heritage Care's education programs. These programs include the Heritage Learning Center and the Heritage Care community programs that provide low-cost or free instruction in the areas of ESL, Citizenship Preparation and Nursing Assistant Training and Certification. His efforts to create strategic partnerships and acquire grant funding help assure the sustainability of our community programs. Mr. Sydor attended Niagara University where he received a B.A. in political science and international relations with a focus on Latin America. Recently, he also received his certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP). Prior to joining Heritage Care, Mr. Sydor served as a volunteer with World Teach in Barranquilla, Colombia.
