Cynthia Galt

Cynthia Galt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement, customer experience, staffing management, and operations. Currently serving as a Procurement Analyst at Heritage Environmental Services since October 2020, Cynthia previously worked at Midcontinent Independent System Operator in various roles, focusing on customer experience, account management for energy market participants, and stakeholder relations. Prior experience includes a Staffing Manager position at Elwood Staffing Services, where significant increases in retention and customer service recognition were achieved. Cynthia also held leadership positions in recruitment at Alpha Xi Delta and completed an internship in Human Resources at Starlight Children's Foundation Australia.
